Return / Refund Policy:
We offer a Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we sell if all parts are returned unused and in their original packaging. Please call customer service within 7 days of receipt of your order at (772) 617-0129, to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
If 7 days have passed since delivery (date marked “delivered” on your tracking number), then we can not authorize a return.
Returns must be received back within 30 days of purchase date. Some returns are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Credits will show to your account within 1-2 billing statements. Please note: custom orders are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy:
Please be assured that your items will ship out within 3- 5 business days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are FedEx, U.S. Postal Service (USPS), or United Parcel Service (UPS). All packages are sent standard “no signature required” – If you want your package signed for please let us know in the “Order Notes” box during checkout or call us at (772) 617-0129.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please contact us at (772) 617-0129 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for additional charges that may apply.
If you order “Same Day Shipping” by 3 pm EST your order will go out the same day. After 3 pm EST your order may go out the same day or within 24 hours. This is NOT overnight shipping. All orders are sent by FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority.
Shipping And Handling Costs:
A Flat rate of $15.00 for shipping and handling is charged any order within the 48 contiguous United States. Additional shipping and handling will be calculated for orders outside the contiguous United States and International charges will be charged separately. Customers are responsible for any import tax, duty, or currency exchange fees in their country.
Only one coupon code may be used per order.
5 year replacement policy on any manufacturer defect.
